We ship free worldwide. Normally you can expect your BORN Atelier bag between 7 and 18 days.
We use DHL for the majorety of our orders so you can easily track it with a tracking number which we send it to you.

Warranty

Change of mind returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, only if the items are unused and in original shape.
Please ship the return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our workshop.

Returns

We offer a full manufacturers warranty against defects and we will replace-refund your product as neccessery.
In this cases, return shipping costs associated are covered by us. Please do send us email if this happens.

Refund policy

Returns

In order to return your items, you should do so in 14 days from receiving your order. Please send us an email when you post your package, confirming that the items are on their way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. The items have to be returned in the same packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Graška cesta 19, 1270 Litija, SI

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

FELT: Light grey 4mm thick felt made from recycled bottles for the best protection of your laptop and does not stretch

3 COMPARTMENTS: (1) main drawer (2) side drawer for laptop and (3) removable inner drawer/bag for iPad, phone, book and pen

REMOVABLE INNER BAG: zip pocket, side pocket, pocket for pen (you can use it as an independent handbag)
